UPDATE: By popular demand, we will be extended the deadline through February 22, 2013! If you have ideas for programming, submit them today!
We have lots of exciting things going on this month and one of our favorites is opening our Call for Programming Proposals! LeakyCon is a conference for fans. We are rooted in the Harry Potter fandom but as we grow, we have begun to encompass all of the things that we as a community have come to love. Our programming reflects this passion for fandom! Whether it is a panel discussing the intricacies of Severus Snape or a discussion about everything in the Whedonverse, there is a place for it at LeakyCon!
Past programs have included everything from dance lessons to a costume contest and fashion show! Be creative and present what you love!
We are now accepting Programming Proposals for both our Portland and London conferences so put on your thinking caps and start dreaming up the next great program for LeakyCon! You and anyone helping you with your program must be registered for the conference at which you wish to present.
Have your ideas ready? We can’t wait to hear them!
Submit Programming Proposals for LeakyCon Portland here.

Trying to submit a program for London, the submission forms reads (and its the same for Portland, but I won’t be there, so I don’t personally care) :
“You need permission to access this item.
You are signed in as *******@gmail.com, but you don’t have permission to access this item. You can request access from the owner or choose a different account.”
I supposed it was due to me being registered under a different account, but when I click on “Choose a different account”, the form simply disappears.
You should be able to submit to either form now! Try it again
That picture is so cool! I love their costumes. Prongs is my new hero.
Yay! Just submitted mine!! Will we get an email saying the submission went through, or should we just wait? Thanks! Love Jocelyn, the girl with the Starkid Tattoo XD
Wondering the same thing… Will I get a confirmation email, or some indication that my proposal was received? When will we know if it’s been accepted, and thus, can start planning for the awesomeness?
When will we know who will be at Leakycon London??
When should we expect to hear back regarding the submitted programs? I have been requested to speak at another conference during the same week. While LeakyCon is my preference, I will need to get back to the powers that be for the 2nd conference. Please let me know!
