LeakyCon is made possible, both in planning stages and on-site, by an incredible team of hardworking and dedicated volunteers. In the coming months we will re-open the call for volunteers for both our Portland and London conferences.
What does it take to be a LeakyCon Volunteer?
We are looking for fun-loving yet hard-working LeakyCon attendees who have in interest in being a part of team that helps bring the conference to life. You must be registered for the conference in order to Volunteer and by helping in one of several areas you will be treated to perks such as exclusive Volunteer swag, your own Volunteer T-Shirt, special opportunities to rub shoulders and chat with LeakyCon Special guests and a special chance to help bring the magic of the LeakyCon experience to thousands of fans (all while working with some of the coolest people you’ll ever meet).
Volunteers must work a minimum number of hours to qualify for the perks (the full details will come closer to the conference) but many Volunteers have such a great time that they take on multiple shifts and some work multiple jobs.
Volunteering is a fantastic way to make friends at LeakyCon and to become more involved in the Leaky family. A large portion of LeakyCon Staffers started out as Volunteers!
