Health & Safety

Last Updated: SEPTEMBER 20, 2022

The health and safety of our attendees, guests, exhibitors, staff, and other members of our community is incredibly important to us. We know the last few years have been difficult for many people, and we take the well-being of our community very seriously.

We are continuing to monitor the latest data and public health advice, including that of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and assessing our policies in line with these recommendations and the risk comfort level of our team and the broader community. We are coordinating closely with our venue partner to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken.

As the situation continues to evolve, we strongly urge everyone to refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the CDC and other public health officials. We encourage you to continue following enhanced risk reduction guidelines, including vaccination, masking, social distancing, and diligent personal hygiene.
