By registering for LeakyCon you agree to all LeakyCon terms and conditions, which may change at any time up to 24 hours prior to each event. Attendees will be held responsible for knowledge of LeakyCon policies at all times.
LeakyCon reserves the right to withhold or disable any ticket with or without refund at any time at its discretion.
Portland: Registrants may refund their tickets up to May 1, 2013. To refund a registration, log into your registration using the information emailed to you upon purchase. Choose the “unregister” button and follow the instructions. For help with this, please write to [email protected].
London: Refunds will be processed through June 1, 2013. The only way to receive a refund is to request it by writing into [email protected]. Please write from the email address associated with your account and include your confirmation number.
All tickets have a cost associated and unless a special code has been won or applied any registration with a zero balance, or found to take advantage of the system to charge less than the full price, will be canceled. LeakyCon staff has the right to ban anyone who attempts to exploit the conference in this manner.
Photos and videos are permitted, though subject to restrictions at any time. No attendee may sell or profit from photo or video footage taken at the conference in any manner (including from advertisements on online videos) without prior written consent from LeakyCon. Any person asked to cease taking photos or videos, or asked to hand over their equipment for holding until the end of the conference, must do so or be excused from the conference. Present or dismissed attendees are required to heed requests to delete or otherwise destroy photos or videos at any time.
Attendees of LeakyCon who are found to be attempting to access events for which they do not have tickets; who are rude or disruptive during the programming; who break any city, state or federal law; who attempt to deceive any organizer, or are found by LeakyCon staff deserving for any other reason, will have their tickets revoked. A refund may apply at the discretion of LeakyCon staff.
By attending LeakyCon you agree to indemnify and release from all liability the LeakyCon staff, LeakyCon venue and all other parties related to the conference arising from any and all claims, grievances and complaints. Attendees also agree that their likeness, if captured by onsite photographers or videographers, may be used by LeakyCon or any of its associated entities for any legitimate purpose including promotional and commercial.
Attendees also guarantee the information they provide is, to the best of their ability, truthful and accurate.
FOR ATTENDEES UNDER 18: you must have our consent form printed, signed by your parent or guardian, and notarized for presentation upon arrival. No one under 18 without this form will be admitted.
